Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born on June 13, 1962, in the United States is an actor. Following her debut movie in 1983, Bad Boys, Sheedy became part of the Brat pack consisting of actors. She starred in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986) and WarGames. Sheedy was awarded the Independent Spirit Award in 1998 for best female leading role. This was due to her portrayal as Lisa Cholodenko in High Art. Ally Sheedy has been an American author and actress for more than 20 years. Her movie career started in early 1980s when she starred as a crime drama actress, Bad Boys. Rick Rosenthal was the director of the film in which other actors were notable, such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. In the wake of her success with her debut film, she also appeared in the comedy drama film The Breakfast Club. John Hughes' film, produced by him, is considered to be one of the greatest films from high school in history. Even though the budget was $1 million its earnings crossed $50 million. The actress also appeared on various television shows, including CBS Schoolbreak. This was her first TV appearance. It was a program designed for teens and aired beginning in April 1980. Other TV shows she appeared in include Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues. In Little Sister she makes a guest appearance. She also appears in X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film with her part being a brief cameo. Sheedy for her amazing performances has won numerous awards including the MTV Movie Award for Silver Bucket of Excellence Award in the year 2005.
