Dwayne was the pastor who founded of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he started in 2007. He serves as a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is passionate about empowering the future generation of Biblical counselors. He serves an active member of the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of numerous online publications, and also a contributor to Christ-centered biblical counseling changing lives by embracing the eternal truth of God (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne was married to Leslie. The couple has three kids.
